The manger was kind. There was a sweet note from house keeping in our room welcoming us. The breakfast selections were great.

I booked my reservation 2 months in advance. I chose CAREFULLY because my mom, my grown daughter and daughter in law, my 7 year old and myself were making a thousand mile drive home from South Carolina and I NEEDED a room that would include either a pull out couch or a roll away bed. The website indicated this was available AND I also included it as a special request. On the day we were driving into Newton I called to confirm our arrival and that our room would be ready, including the pull out. I was told it had a lazyboy recliner and they no longer have rooms with pull outs. They also do Not have roll aways. So I spent the night in a chair.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and the location was favourable and excellent. Even the Key Field airport was not so far, 30 minutes drive away. I was given exceptional and appropriate room with stall air and toilet leaked, for example. The rate was me$ 67.

Lot of fast food restaurants in walking distance. Bed is comfortable, nice say TV with cable and a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

My family and I stayed here for a night while traveling to visit relatives for Thanksgiving. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was great for unwinding after a long day of driving. We noticed some cleanliness issues, like unclean sheets and hair in the bathroom. Despite these issues, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, making check-in a breeze.

I stay often at this hotel and the rooms are always clean and the service is great they have the best continental breakfast and location is excellent

The lighting could be better and the room we had #102 had no iron in the room

The staff does not come in daily when you are a stay over. No making if bed, no vacuuming, nor tidying of the bathroom even if your things are moved out of the way. An iron and board had to be requested because there wasn't one in the room. After checking in and getting settled we found a used condom wrapper in the groove of the base board of the bed. Even though we will have to travel further for accommodations, we will never use this hotel again.

Comfortable beds, decent amenities, with a nice air conditioning system that kept the room cool and a convenient location near Jackson-Evers Airport for easy access.

The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just off Newton for sure and restaurants and stores.

Family's Quick Stop Relief

The beds are really comfortable, like those new pillow tops just hug you, and the remodeled room seemed like a fresh start. Plus, the staff were super friendly and on top of things, you could tell they cared, rare these days.

It wasn't cheap, but I guess that's what you deal with for a decent rest.

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me with currency exchange tips during my first stay, which I appreciated. I'll definitely return for a holiday!

Now let's talk about the room-we rolled into average territory with unclean sheets and a lovely surprise of hair in the bathroom. Breakfast machines were ghosting us too, a bummer.
